Job Description

As a Policy Administration Specialist for UPS Capital you will need to work with Insurance policies and support the team of Underwriters. This is a brand new role and you are needed to build our Insurance business in the UK.
What you’ll do
 

• Create policy documents for Underwriting and Sales Professionals and rocess policy modifications and renewals for existing customers
• Serve as a resource for customer facing groups and answer questions on products and services, providing information for interactions with customers
• Perform internal quality audits on the setup of new deals and renewals
• Support mentors and training of employees in different customer facing and underwriting departments as well as new hires

What you’ll be joining
The role reports into Germany where the majority of the team are based (15) you will be the first in the UK to take this position but you will not be alone as new hires in Underwriting and Customer Relations are to be based from the Camden office. Although the team is split across Germany, Belgium and the UK they have a good team spirit and close working relationships staying in touch regularly via zoom. You will help the team to build our Insurance business in the UK and support changes occurring within our technology suite.

• Detailed oriented with strong analytical skills
• Good administration and communication skills
• Ability to work Independently and as part of a team
• Proficient MS-Office – Word, PowerPoint, Excel skills
