My client who are located in Epsom have a requirement for an experienced Customer Service Administrator.
Within the role you will be responsible for building and maintaining new and existing relationships through the provision of excellent customer service. You will act as the contact to support customer services.
Management and preparation of appropriate documentation
Maintaining details of customers details
Providing and sending out relevant financial documentation to customers
Creating bespoke finance quotations
Responding to queries within agreed timescales
Management of data checks
Providing account servicing
Payment management including refunds and direct debit changes
The candidate:
PC literate - Advanced Excel and MS Word are essential
Experienced of working in an administrative environment
Finance experience
Good written and verbal communication skills
Confident dealing with all levels of staff/management and external customers
Ability to work well under pressure
Capable of building strong working relationships
Team Worker
