About the opportunity

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our busy and friendly team within our site in North Middlesex.

This is an integral role in the running of our busy office. The Administrator will deliver an efficient service to ensure we are positively represented at all times and the office is running smoothly

What you will be doing

  • Management of merchandise and stationery stock levels
  • Working with the maintenance team to ensure all office equipment is kept in working order.
  • Co-ordinating couriers, ordering promotional items and working with the marketing team to help our events run smoothly.
  • Helping with recruitment of trust substantive staff and enrollment of volunteers to the trust volunteer bank
  • Welcoming of visitors on site and communications via phone and email

We believe to be successful within this role, you will need to have

  • Office experience ideal but not essential.
  • Professional and proactive manner at all times.
  • Good communicator
  • Friendly and confident approach
  • Good time keeping with the ability to prioritise
