About the opportunity

Pulse have a new opportunity for a Payroll Administrator to join their team in Turnford, working alongside the Team Leaders and Administrators so that daily team deadlines are met.

What you will be doing:

  • Running daily payrolls in the payroll system and distributing payments and payslips accordingly
  • Processing PAYE starter details, including bank details, P45 and other starter details
  • Processing Ltd starter details and ensuring only compliant Ltd’s are set up
  • Resolving worker and front office queries in a timely, accurate and courteous manner by email, phone and timesheet query log
  • Assisting Payroll Management and seniors in implementing new procedures
  • Any other relevant duties as required by management

We believe to be successful within this role, you will need to have:

  • Experience of running Payrolls
  • Experience of basic PAYE
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to manage a database and keep records up to date
  • Experience of recruitment/staffing sector is desirable
