The Service Administrator will be responsible for supporting the Field Engineers out in the field, making sure everything runs smoothly and is on plan. A key part of this role will be managing the service orders from front to back. Other duties will include making outbound telephone calls to customers to set clear expectations, supporting the field engineer’s diary day to day, managing the engineer’s spare parts inventory, as well as completing warranty claims. Another element would be to support any roll out of new processes and tools and systems from time to time, to ensure results are achieved.
All suitable candidates should reside no more than 50 miles away from the vacancy location. Candidates who live outside of the requirement will not be considered.
What experience & skills do you need to succeed in this role?

· Previous administration and coordination experience
· Understanding of route scheduling
· Excellent communication skills
· Case management skills
· Ability to prioritise workload
· Good interpersonal skills
· Previous experience in change management
· Understand the KPI performance across the Field Engineers
· Good attention to detail
· Able to multitask and meet tight deadlines
· Able to work under own initiative
· Experience using MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio & Outlook
· SAP advantage but not essential
