Key responsibilities for the Office Manager - Retail Company - London's West End include:
Health & Safety liaison for the office including H&S new starter briefings, DSE assessments and maintaining first aider and fire warden nominees
Main point of contact for any office related queries
Liaising with the ground floor reception. Meeting and greeting guests and visitors in to the office
Coordinating fruit & refreshment deliveries twice a week
Monitoring general stationery stock including post supplies and placing orders when necessary
Ensuring meeting rooms and all communal areas are kept clean and tidy
Signing for post/deliveries and distributing to relevant staff members
Ensuring first aid kits are stocked throughout the office
Supporting with new starter inductions, setting up with IT and coordinating meetings
Raising POs for all office related costs and stock maintenance
Liaising with external contractors for any maintenance issues
Organising internal launches e.g. ordering food, decorations, collating PowerPoint presentations
Sending out communications to the office on behalf of relevant departments
Helping with logistics for engagement initiatives e.g. Annual Company Celebration
The Successful Applicant
The successful Office Manager - Retail Company - London's West End will be/will have:
MUST have Health & Safety experience
Previous Office Management experience is required
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to work calmly in a fast paced environment, meeting deadlines under pressure
Highly organised with the ability to anticipate requirements
Confident and resilient personality with a positive approach
Ability to build strong working relationships with individuals at all levels
Proven ability to work using own initiative
What's on Offer
The successful Office Manager will have access to:
Salary of £24,000
Hours are 8:45am-5:15pm Monday-Friday
