Job Description

We're looking for an experienced Business Admin & Customer Service assessor / coach to support learners on their apprenticeship programmes. You will be supporting apprentices through a mixture of blended learning, currently focussing more on interactively delivery and assessments. You will play a key role within the apprenticeships, ensuring that students are gaining the skills, knowledge and behaviours within their Level 2 or 3 programme and working towards their end point assessments for new standards.

We’re looking for candidates on a full time basis, the learners will be spread across the South East London region. While working remotely you will manage your time, plan your diary effectively along with completing learner updates and progress files. Along with, in time, visiting learners in the work place to complete observations and assessments and group based coaching too.

Essentials
 

  • Must hold an assessor qualification (A1, TAQA, CAVA, D32/D33..)
  • Must hold teaching qualification (PTLLS, PGCE, CertEd)
  • Experience delivering apprenticeships / coaching apprentices (on new standards)
  • Experienced in blended delivery (online, 1-1, group/classroom)
  • Able to manage time effectively
