We are looking to recruit a dynamic and resourceful Team Administrator for a busy Community Mental Health Team for older adults in Southwark. The successful candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills, have a flexible approach to work, and work with a degree of autonomy. The post holder will provide a comprehensive, efficient and effective administrative service to the multidisciplinary team as well as providing fast and accurate typing skills, with excellent audio and copy typing skills. It is essential that the candidate can communicate effectively with patients with mental health problems as well as staff from all disciplines, careers and other external stakeholders. The post holder will also need to have a good working knowledge of office procedures including Health & Safety; proven skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook; an excellent standard of written and oral English; a good telephone manner; and an understanding of the importance of confidentiality.
