Job Description
Reporting to the PRS Team Leader you will be responsible for processing the department’s income and expenditure, bank reconciliations, raising invoices, account transfers and preparing payments. In addition to this you will be carrying out general administrative duties such as preparing reporting, setting up new customer accounts and updating information on the system.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
We are looking for an Assistant Accounts Administrator to join their growing team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate for this role will have good Excel skills and previous Sales Ledger experience. You must have previous sales ledger experience, strong numeracy skills and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. You will be self-motivated with the ability to work on your own initiative and a team player who is able to work under pressure and to deadlines.
