This role involves working within a service for patients with anxiety disorders so it is important you are not only enthusiastic and motivated but also empathetic. You will be comfortable with IT and be able to demonstrate a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Word, Excel and Access and be keen to learn new software packages and processes.
