Job Description

The role

• Play key role in developing financial planning and reporting processes for newly created division
• Act as key business partner for the division supporting the Group FD and wider SMT
• Responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual budgeting and forecasting processes
• Review and rebuild monthly board pack to reflect new structure
• Ensure financial reporting is completed in an accurate and timely manner
• Construct and maintain a robust KPI and performance reporting dashboard
• Provide insightful analysis and performance updates with particular focus on actual vs budget to senior stakeholders
• Produce global sales reports
• Perform commercial business case reviews on all new contracts

Skills & Experience

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent) with 1-3 years post qualified experience
• Previous experience in both FP&A and management reporting
• Experience in the music/media industry a big plus
• Fantastic communicator comfortable reporting to senior stakeholders
• Commercially minded with the ability to interpret and convey complex financial information
• Available on short notice
