About this company

Reed Finance are currently working with an exciting and entrepreneurial business, based in West Sussex, who are looking for a Due Diligence Accountant to join their team on a permanent basis.

As the new recruit, you will be responsible for leading and running due diligence processes by conducting precise financial investigations into a company's performance.

You will be the main contact for transaction support across a variety of buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions within a number of different sectors and you will have the following:

- Be an experienced Transaction Services (FDD) Manager or Senior Manager

- ACA, ACCA qualified or equivalent from a practice background

- Experienced in advising Owner Managed Businesses on financial due diligence matters
