Job Description

This role will report directly to the Financial Controller and is one of the most senior positions within the finance team. The position will be split approximately 50% between working from home and in the office.

Duties will include:

• Manage and oversee month end management accounts
• Responsible for statutory Companies House filings
• Prepare monthly Group consolidation journals
• Preparation of VAT returns for UK and foreign subsidiaries
• Manage and oversee the annual audit process for the Group
• Manage the issuing of bonds and guarantees
• Reporting of CAPEX and R&D projects against budget

The successful candidate will be ACA/ACCA qualified with strong excel/analytical skills. Previous experience of dealing with foreign currencies is an advantage.
