Binding accounts, preparing a letter and posting out. Making appointments for Head of Department – putting on the Diary and preparing meeting rooms. Welcome screen for meeting rooms in office. Filing. Scanning. Post out. Keeping CRM software up to date and maintained. Create files for new clients. Managing the onboarding process for new clients in the team. Quotes. Engagement letters. 64-8 to client and HMRC. Checking registered at HMRC. MGD into correct file. Downloading client data from relevant cloud areas for bookkeeping team. Book-keeping emails. Company Formation. Telephone Answering. Dealing with visiting clients.
