Capturing and managing SAP change requirements, translating business requirements into system changes.
Preparation and delivering of workshops to support the continuous improvement and use of our SAP system.
Updating of documentation when and where required.
Maintenance of training material and the provision of training to end users as required.
Collaborating with KBL based developers and support.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Understanding of various SAP modules, with practical knowledge and experience of FI, SD, MM, PP. • Experience of written business requirements and functional system design documentation. • Proven stakeholder engagement skills. • Experience of business process mapping/business process re-engineering.
