Job Description

Duties:

• Support and troubleshooting of SAP problems.
• Document, design, test and implement changes to support the continuous improvement of our SAP system.
• Capturing and managing SAP change requirements, translating business requirements into system changes.
• Preparation and delivering of workshops to support the continuous improvement and use of our SAP system.
• Updating of documentation when and where required.
• Maintenance of training material and the provision of training to end users as required.
• Collaborating with KBL based developers and support.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Understanding of various SAP modules, with practical knowledge and experience of FI, SD, MM, PP. • Experience of written business requirements and functional system design documentation. • Proven stakeholder engagement skills. • Experience of business process mapping/business process re-engineering.
