OVERALL PURPOSE
To be responsible for HR and administration activity and to provide administration support to the site Management team, ensuring that appropriate tasks are completed in line with company procedures in a timely and accurate manner.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Inputting payroll
Completing audit documents
Coordinating & supporting recruitment activity
Coordinating the administration relating to assessment centres and any other required testing
Supporting the HR Manager in running inductions
Completing ad hoc HR tasks
Coordinating on-site training
Completing packs
Providing general administration support
You must have strong administration skills, be very computer literate ( good excel skills are a must) and be able to form strong relationships with the rest of your team.
