Job Description

- In House software that you will receive training on

- To prepare and update documents, templates and forms as required.

- You will support the companies software and assist client's with queries regarding the software when required.

- You will also be the point of call for IT Support issues varying from networking, firewalls and general Windows support issues.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Essential Skills: • A technical mindset to be able to pick up Cypher 1, in which you will receive training internally when you join. • A willingness to learn and apply your initiative to a job which will be extremely varied. • An understanding of the role of IT support and that of Application support and supported internal bespoke software systems / platforms previously. • Ability to communicate with customers in a suitable manner • Ability to prioritise IT support tasks depending on the urgency of the requests • Experience of supporting, administrating and maintaining the following: - Windows Server 2012/2019 - Windows Operating Systems - Networking - LAN/WAN and Firewalls • SQL Scripting experience Desirable Skills Include: • Borland C++ or DbSys programming experience
