Our client, an international finance firm are looking for an experienced and well-rounded Receptionist/Administrator to join their fantastic West End team. This is an amazing opportunity for someone to step into a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone to be a welcoming presence for the business and ensure the smooth day to day running of the office, maintaining a slick representation at all times. This is a busy role with a variety of responsibilities, that cover all aspects of reception as well as the administrative support. This is the perfect position for someone who is looking to take the step up into this dynamic role. Duties include;
Handling switchboard and Screening callsMeeting and greetingAdministrative support to the teamMaintaining security recordsAccepting deliveries and arranging couriersFacilities CoordinationEvent assistance
The successful candidate must be a confident and capable individual who will be able to greet all guests in a welcoming manner. You are organised and proactive with an eye for detail. Your reliability, efficiency and willingness to go above and beyond will ensure your success within this job. Experience;
2+ years previous experience in a reception or front of house roleOutstanding MS Office skillsExcellent written and verbal communication
