Job Description

We are a busy and dynamic department seeing patients for a variety of clinic appointments. The services are currently in operation Monday through to Friday, but could expand as the service demand requires, and we cater for a variety of patients in different clinic formats.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You should be a highly motivated and organized individual with strong customer service skills who is flexible in approach, able to work both autonomously and as a part of a team providing cover/support to other areas as required. You will be responsible for the organization, booking of clinics with associated tests, managing waiting list, reviewing data, ensuring that with all aspects required for the smooth running of the service are undertaken and cross cover provided as needed. This role includes the requirement to become proficient with in-house software systems, ensuring that all referrals are processed within 18 week RTT pathways and other administrative activities pursuant to this position. You must have very good interpersonal/communication skills, be able to work in a busy and demanding environment and be committed to providing a high standard of service for all our patients and their families. Computer literacy is essential.
