Job Description

• Responsible for maintaining and enhancing the company wide Project Appraisal Tool
• Monitor and challenge data inputs and key financial assumptions underpinning the appraisal through assessment of key commercial project KPIs and financial parameters;
• Liaise with and provide information to wider Finance team who are responsible for establishing and maintaining the Project Reviews
• Within project teams, identify project decisions which may impact Finance
• Provide analysis and reports as requested to support project team leads through project approval processes
• Generate ad hoc models for teams to support the initial appraisal of a projects viability and identification
• Liaise with project team leads to ensure accurate and timely information is available to inform Group financial management and reporting requirements
• Attend investor meetings
• Assist the investor market test process
• Manage preparation of investor financial due diligence
• Maintain a database of key project financial information

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Fully Qualified (ACA/ ACCA/ CIMA) • Excel modelling proficiency including development of financial project appraisals • Transactional Services experience, that includes appraising and advising on the financial viability of a projects • Strong commercial experience • Strong stakeholder management skills
