Job Description

Main Duties:

  • Manage payable ledgers, including posting and reconciling invoices in a timely manner
  • Communicate with supplier and the stock team regarding stock and price queries
  • Support the assistant accountant running the BACS payment
  • Prepare and assist with trade reporting e.g. daily sales and weekly trade pack
  • Assist with the month end accounting, such as posting journals for accruals and prepayments

Adhoc Duties:

  • Review and process credit card expenses
  • Responsible for stationary & subsistence orders
  • Support the Senior Finance Manager with adhoc analysis
  • Assist the business with other adhoc requirements

Requirements:

  • The ability to prioritise workload
  • Good organisational and communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Pro-active and eager to learn
  • A keen team player, who is happy to support the business where required
  • Basic Microsoft Excel skills

The salary range/rates of pay is dependent upon your experience, qualifications or training.
