Job Description

Our Lettings Property Management team are looking to recruit an End of Tenancy Manager to join there successful team. The End of Tenancy team are responsible for a high volume of tasks for the lettings and property management teams. The team pride themselves on having excellent customer service and providing a great service to tenants and landlords.

In the End of Tenancy Manager role you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring that all new starters receive comprehensive training on all systems
  • Managing the team of 4 administrators and ensuring that all KPIs are achieved
  • Liaising with landlords and tenants towards the end of tenancies, arranging the necessary checkout inspections and payment of invoices
  • Oversee the changing of utilities and informing correct suppliers with meter readings and change of tenancy details and ensuring correct bills are authorised for payment, during vacant periods and between completion and occupation
  • General liaison with lettings office, accounts to ensure smooth running of the end of tenancy procedure
  • Serving of Section 21 Notice where notified/appropriate

 

You will have previous experience of managing a team and will have worked in a Lettings Administrator role with a good understanding of the lettings legislation. You will be confident managing expectations and you will be a highly organised individual who can work with a high volume of incoming enquiries.
