This is a long term temporary opportunity working either full time 37.5 hrs per week over a 7-day week or 7 hours a day covering Friday through to Monday on an ongoing temporary basis, you will be responsible for supporting an administrative project surrounding COVID-19 patient referrals.
Working within a lively and vibrant team who are normally located in central Crawley, however currently based from home, day to day duties will include inputting all referrals onto the e-Referral system, undertake informed choice conversations with patients as required, book appointments for tests on behalf of patients, arrange couriers to deliver tests and monitor referral activity, all currently relating to COVID-19
To be successful in this role you will need good IT/database skills, excellent customer service skills, the ability to communicate clearly and confidently, be organised, efficient, show empathy and be a strong team-player.

This role is expected to last for between 6 - 12 months.
