Job Description

We're looking for a fun, friendly and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding business, you'll need the following experience and qualities;

• Current recruitment agency experience working as an Recruitment Consultant in Finance Recruitment / Accountancy Recruitment
• A billing track record as an Finance Recruitment Consultant / Accountancy Recruitment Consultant within Perms
• Be highly motivated and career driven, ideally, you'll be someone who wants to take promotional steps within the business once you've built your specialism
• A true passion to deliver a 'best in class' service to our clients and candidates
• Ability to communicate at all levels and confidently be able to challenge clients in a professional manner
• Commercially Minded, Self-Organised and the ability to work autonomously

 Up to £25,000 Basic + £45,000 OTE UNCAPPED commission structure and a strong benefits/rewards package.
