The Membership Administrator will be responsible for:
Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, dealing with enquiries
Receiving calls and making external calls throughout the day
Helping to maintain and update the internal database
Organising and arranging meetings
Assisting in the running of the office
The Successful Applicant
The Membership Administrator will have:
Over three years of experience working in a membership organisation in a similar role e.g. dealing with membership enquiries
Excellent communication skills and phone manner
Evidence of working to a high level of detail
Great oranisation and time management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
What's on Offer
A salary of £21,000-23,000, plus annual leave and pension
