- This is a Monday – Friday role 09:00 – 17:30
- Candidates must have good lettings administration experience
- In this interesting and varied role you will have responsibility for all deal paperwork up until move in date on a portfolio of high quality properties
- ARLA qualifications not essential, but would be an advantage, professional property qualifications are actively supported by this company to ensure all staff are up to date with the latest legislation
As Lettings Administrator you will be working with the Lettings Director and the team at this busy, friendly and well established Wimbledon Lettings Agency.
Responsibilities in this varied role include:
- Progressing all tenancy paperwork up until move in date on a portfolio of high quality properties
- Creating lettings documents
- Producing letters and general correspondence for customers and clients
- Providing administrative support to the lettings teams
Candidates must:
- Have good lettings administration experience
- Have excellent administrative skills and precise attention to detail
- Be keen to work as part of a team
- Be accurate and numerate
- Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Display exceptional customer service skills and the desire to adhere to the highest industry standards providing an outstanding service
- Show strong communication skills with a confident and professional telephone manner
- Have an excellent command of English language both written and verbal
