Job Description

• Accountability for the effectiveness of the overall operation and reporting of the Finance department.
• Manage and monitor the finance team to deliver the day-to-day finance activities and prepare accounting and financial reports.
• Ensure finance and reporting systems are compliant with all current legislation.
• Actively promote the finance function across the business.
• Production of timely monthly management accounts and year-end accounts for audit and support month-end and year-end close process.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Proven experience in managing a finance department within the SME sector. • High level of PC literacy • High-quality people management and emotional intelligence. • Can-do attitude.
