Accountability for the effectiveness of the overall operation and reporting of the Finance department.
Manage and monitor the finance team to deliver the day-to-day finance activities and prepare accounting and financial reports.
Ensure finance and reporting systems are compliant with all current legislation.
Actively promote the finance function across the business.
Production of timely monthly management accounts and year-end accounts for audit and support month-end and year-end close process.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Proven experience in managing a finance department within the SME sector. • High level of PC literacy • High-quality people management and emotional intelligence. • Can-do attitude.
