We are looking for a passionate, customer service focused and diligent Administrator to support our team of Employment Advisors and Trainers. You’ll have a keen eye for detail, enjoy working with people and be highly organized as no two days will be the same.
Be the first point of contact for participants both on the phone and face to face, assessing their initial needs and directing them to the most appropriate form(s) of support
Provide invaluable administrative support to the delivery team – managing diaries, room bookings, maintaining participant databases and pre-training registration activities, preparing training rooms, collating records of training attendance, coordination of course evaluations and administration of participant travel expenses and other payments
Undertake other general administration and support duties as required i.e., creating reports to provide updates on participant activities, payments and issuing local marketing and communications
Ensure that the Centre’s reception area offers a warm, friendly and personal welcome to all visitors
