Job Description

Infrastructure Specialist with a particular focus on Networks and Telephone systems. This role would suite an individual who is accountable for their own area of work. The role will expose applicants to a diverse array of responsibilities and activities well beyond similar roles in other organisations.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Hands on experience with CISCO • Up to 3rd line IT support • Web based telephony experience - ideally Mitel but not essential • Networking experience • Not afraid to supervise and support others • Excellent communication and hands-on skills and with the ability to offer a flexible, responsible and positive approach to this challenging position.
