Job Description
Hours: Monday to Friday 7am to 4pm, Saturday 6am to 11am (Overtime Rates) Key responsibilities:
Answer incoming phones calls and deal with relevant queries from customers and external sales team
Processing of orders
Support external sales team on administrative tasks
Liaise with Transport Manager and support where required.
Filing
Providing Excellent Customer Service
All other Administrative duties
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Clear communication with excellent customer service. Ability to use Microsoft office. Experience of working in a fast moving and busy office. Administration experience. Knowledge of CRM or a similar system would be useful but not essential.
