Job Description

Hours: Monday to Friday 7am to 4pm, Saturday 6am to 11am (Overtime Rates)
Key responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming phones calls and deal with relevant queries from customers and external sales team
  • Processing of orders
  • Support external sales team on administrative tasks
  • Liaise with Transport Manager and support where required.
  • Filing
  • Providing Excellent Customer Service
  • All other Administrative duties

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Clear communication with excellent customer service. Ability to use Microsoft office. Experience of working in a fast moving and busy office. Administration experience. Knowledge of CRM or a similar system would be useful but not essential.
