Job Description

Your new role
You will be scheduling ambulances as part of this role, this is mainly administrative in the back office and not taking direct phone calls. The role requires you to be good at following procedure, working to deadlines, work well under pressure and be able to multitask due to this being a busy role. You will work on a rota basis of 10 hour shifts that can run from 7am-5pm, 8am-6pm or 9am-7pm plus you will be required to work 2 weekends in a 11-week period.

This is a role where your work is really making a positive impact to the community and you will be offered a permanent role following 12 weeks if you show good performance.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You will ideally need to have experience within a scheduling or coordinating role previously, however excellent administration and customer service backgrounds will be considered. You will need to be able to deal with a busy work load so being able to prioritise work, work to deadlines and follow procedure is important.
