You will require a flexible approach to your work, the ability to priorities competing demands, whilst retaining attention to detail and maintaining accuracy. The role is full-time working across two departments, or two roles working part-time (18.5 hours per week)

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You will need to have previous experience of working in a busy administrative environment, preferably having led on aspects of administration. You need relevant experience of administrative systems and in collating and presenting departmental reports. You will support departmental staff in some HR issues. An important part of the role will be to work with officers and managers in the department, supporting specific project related activities.
