Retail Operations Administrator
Job Description
Main Responsibilities
- To undertake any such duties as required consistent with the nature of the role in support of the business support team
- To process decommissions requested by retailers, finance and the business for all PayPoint Products
- To chase for outstanding equipment to be returned
- Ensure stock requests are processed in a timely manner
- To raise charges for the balance of contract and process refunds when required
- To communicate with our retailers by phone, letter and emails
- Liaising with 3rd party suppliers to arrange collections of equipment
- Ensure accuracy when raising charges and issuing communications around balance contract
- Ensure that all documents and letters are produced with the correct content and format
- To be able to deal with complaints from retailers in the appropriate manner
- To identify and recommend new or improved working practices to ensure the success of the role
- To maintain an audit trail of communication activities on the PayPoint systems and associated databases and spreadsheets ensuring compliance with PayPoint standards and data protection
- To work to deadlines and respond in a flexible way to the changing demands of the business
- Portray a positive image of the company by always maintaining a professional manner when communicating with agents and suppliers
- To cross train on other roles within the Business Support team to cover during peak period and times of absence.
