Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

As a skilled Senior Care Assistant, you will have at least 3 months of paid experience under your belt already from within the past 3 years and a valid certificate in Moving and Handling (which we can help you obtain). You will need access to a smart device with an internet connection to pick up shifts and submit timesheets through the HealthForceGo app. The right to work in the UK is also essential for this role, while access to your own vehicle would be beneficial.
