Job Description
Hours Full time 40HRS. (Weekends will be essential)
What the role involves:
- Clinical triage of all appointments booked to assess remote or face to face consultation.
- To ensure all customers visiting the store are aware of our Covid safety measures.
- Be the first point of contact for incoming calls to our call Centre
- Administrative duties including checking emails, advising on status of orders, ordering store consumables, preparing orders to be sent via DX and ensuring NHS submissions are accurate before claiming.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
We are looking for someone who is Customer Focused.Great customer and admin skills and experience with high volume of calls.
