Job Description

This is initially a temporary contract for 6 months, however there are already discussions around this role becoming permanent.

The day to day duties in your new job would be:

  • Working with members of the public handling enquiries
  • Responding to queries over the phone, face to face and in writing
  • Logging client information onto the in-house database
  • Completing paperwork and forms on behalf of clients
  • Collating and investigating information in order to resolve customer enquiries
  • Transferring data onto a new IT system being implemented
  • Producing reports on behalf of the team
  • Supporting the team with Administration

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
We'd love to speak to candidates with: Excellent communication skills, confident dealing with a diverse range of people. A methodical approach, check facts and data. The ability to record and report information accurately and concisely, both verbally and in writing. Excellent IT knowledge and quick to learn new systems.
