Job Description

This is initially a temporary contract for 6 months, however there are already discussions around this role becoming permanent.
The day to day duties in your new job would be:
Working with members of the public handling enquiries
Responding to queries over the phone, face to face and in writing
Logging client information onto the in-house database
Completing paperwork and forms on behalf of clients
Collating and investigating information in order to resolve customer enquiries
Transferring data onto a new IT system being implemented
Producing reports on behalf of the team
Supporting the team with Administration
