Job Description

The purpose of this role is to provide effective administration support to the school, having a primary focus on absence management.

It is desirable that you have previous HR experience. As an academy we feel it is important to hire with the right attitude which is why we will be looking for someone that is enthusiastic, focused, reliable and resilient to the day to day pressures that a busy school brings.

The basis for this role is permanent, Term Time + 1 week inset, 25 hours per week. Interviews may be conducted on a rolling basis, therefore, early applications are strongly encouraged.
