Job Description

The Audit Senior will be involved in a varied portfolio including External Auditing and General Accounting, therefore experience as an Accountant and Auditor is preferred. The successful Auditor and Accountant will be working within a Business Services team with clients across Bury, Manchester and further afield, therefore a Full UK Driving Licence is a necessity.

 

External auditing of a portfolio of clients

Statutory Accounts preparation

Basic Corporation and personal tax return preparation and reconciliations

Reviewing junior work and assist with their training

Act as first port of call to clients

Ability to work to tight deadlines

Salary £25,000 to £33,000 dependant on experience

Study support for those with ACA and ACCA exams remaining

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

ACA or ACCA Qualified ideally - candidate's part qualified or with a few exams remaining are encouraged to apply Full UK driving licence is essential Experience working under your own initiate Experience working in a team Experience using Iris would be advantageous but full training will be given
