Job Description

The successful post holder will provide a reception service and administrative support to the staff and patients of Medway Emergency Department. You will answer general telephone enquiries and refer medical problems to the appropriate trained staff.
As an Admin Clerk you will maintain strict confidentiality at all times and handle sensitive information both verbal and physical in a mature manner and in line with organizational policy.
In addition you will work in partnership with Imaging staff groups, line management and modality leads.
