Job Description
Posting & coding of purchase ledger invoices
Processing payments using online banking system
Reconcile office bank
Nominal payments
Office bank postings
Company credit cards
Petty cash
Check and reconcile supplier statements
File invoices and statements
Deal with purchase enquiries
Process staff expenses
Processing card payments over the phone
Any other duties deemed to be within the capability of the post holder.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• At least 2 years’ experience in a purchase ledger role • Passionate about giving outstanding client care • Good GCSE grades including Maths • Excellent interpersonal skills • Good administration and organisation skills to meet deadlines • Proficient in MS Office • Pro active and self-motivated • Desire to learn and progress in a career in finance and accounts.
