You'll need to hit the ground running and command the respect of the senior engineers within the team. You'll be undertaking initial analysis of historical spend then providing challenge on budgets & forecasts.

Ideally you'll have come from a background of controls and compliance and built your career through to adding real commercial value. You'll need to be credible & be capable of influencing the project teams and bring them on the journey of the new way.
