Job Description

An opportunity has arisen to join our Programme Support Team. This is a varied role providing administrative support to multiple teams across the company and to our clients, using our proprietary counterparty monitoring platform. The platform simplifies the process of risk management, from drafting and issuing complex questionnaires to assessing and benchmarking responses. Full training on the platform will be provided. The role requires a professional who is comfortable communicating (typically over email) with people globally and at all levels of the financial world. Once fully trained you will be required to work independently so time management and organization skills are paramount.
Responsibilities:

  • Issuance of questionnaires across our monitoring products.
  • Continuous communication to ensure accurate and timely submissions.
  • Verify submissions for completeness.
  • Follow up with outstanding or missing data.
  • Produce presentations and statistical reports for clients and internal management.
  • Management of the database and project inboxes.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records.
  • Support for clients and respondents with our platform.
  • Addressing and resolving general queries promptly.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
At least 2 years’ experience in an office environment. Proficient with Microsoft Office and Windows software. Experience in handling confidential data. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Attention to detail. Research and analytical skills. Organization. Time management.
