Job Description

You will be involved in the Clearing Admissions cycle and be expected to work alongside the Student Advice team or answering queries by telephone, email, and via our social media channels. You will receive in-house training on College systems and procedures and will be expected to be flexible and support other teams across Registry Services if needed.

We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to be part of the Student Advice team. The information and administrative support for customers that the student advice service provides is extensive; it is the initial point of contact for all customers in connection with their study and provides a gateway to student support.

The days worked will be based on operational need and may include evenings and Saturdays.
