Job Description

Responsibilities will cover several areas such as;

  • To support the service advertising jobs on NHS Jobs through TRAC for all clinical, non-clinical and medical posts.
  • To support the service with E-Rostering adding absences, approving leave with line manager agreement, sending forms to new starters to complete in order to add them to the appropriate roster. To add work locations for staff members on a weekly basis (we have around 200 staff in the service that are included in the E-Rostering system).
  • To work autonomously, but can seek advice when necessary.
  • There may be ad hoc duties required which will be in line with the band of the role.
  • All duties will be related to either recruitment or e-roistering and the role is supported by the Business Administrator who will be able to provide training on each of the systems.

This is a temporary, part time role and the working hours are: 22.5 to 30 hours per week
