Monitoring and cascade of domestic and international communications
Meeting scheduling and preparation (agendas / invitations / minutes) incl. refreshments when applicable
Deadline management
Travel management
Holiday Request processing / monitoring
Processing of post (incoming / outgoing)
Digital Document management (incl. scanning / renaming / filing)
Raising and monitoring inter-departmental requests e.g. IT equipment / software, Company Car matters
Stationery / consumables ordering and invoice processing
Organisation of team events, presentation and meetings
Ad hoc tasks required to support the team
What you'll need
Similar experience within an administrative role
Interest or previous experience in Property
Familiarity with legal documentation regarding property matters
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to manage stakeholders’ expectations and confident pushing back
Friendly and approachable
Proactive and with the ability to prioritise tasks
Proficient in MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
German skills are beneficial but not essential
