Job Description

Your reviews will be thorough, appropriate and fair and you’ll ensure the findings in your reports are effectively followed up with corrective and/or preventative measures. 

You will work collaboratively with site leadership teams to ensure a 'ready for inspection' ethos, including delivering training and ensuring robust assurance evidence is available on every site. 

Making judgements on the inspection readiness and the quality of our education provisions and providing recommendations will require the candidate to come with a high level of credibility and in depth knowledge of education legislation, regulation and best practice. 

This will be a great role for candidates who like the variety that comes with taking ownership for quality and continuous improvement across multiple sites. 

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Successful candidates are likely to demonstrate: • Experience of performing in senior leadership roles in Mainstream or SEN education environments (Headteacher / Assistant Head / Deputy Head) • Good level of understanding of Ofsted expectations and/or Independent School standards • Demonstrable experience of driving quality improvements • Superb communication / influencing / stakeholder management skills • The ability to coach and train senior managers • Willingness to undertake a national role: (c2-3 nights away per week during term time)
