Job Description

Due to a pending maternity leave, our client is looking to appoint a Mortgage Support Administrator for a period of 12 months.

Working within a regulated financial services business, your duties will include (but not be limited to):-

  • Processing mortgage applications from prospective customers
  • Liaising with third parties such as solicitors and surveyors to process applications
  • Undertaking credit checks
  • Answering queries from customers and brokers through email and phone
  • Processing confidential data in line with company processes
  • Filing, archiving and data entry

The hours of work for this role will be Monday-Friday, 9-5. For the right candidate, long term prospects may be available. Saturdays may be required and will be paid as overtime.  

Due to the sensitive nature of the role candidates will be subject to a credit check if successful in their application.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
An excellent communicator with previous administration experience Excellent attention to detail An ability to learn quickly Integrity & a methodical approach to troubleshooting  An interest or experience of Financial Services or Mortgages would be desirable
