My client is looking to recruit someone on a temporary basis to work in a small, busy, professional office.
Ideally they would like someone to work Monday - Friday 9.30am - 2.30pm.
Job description
- General office administration
- Database management - adding information and updating records as required
- Dealing with general sales enquiries and sending information
- Using their accounting system to send out invoices and deal with client queries
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• All round office administration skills • Excellent IT skills • Confident with technology • Professional telephone manner • A methodical and professional attitude to work.
